I design, develop, administer, and support information systems and infrastructure for local and international clients, from requirements and architecture through delivery, operations, and ongoing IT support (remote and on-premise). Day to day that means application development, databases, Docker deployments, CI/CD, backups, monitoring, and documentation, plus General Manager duties around delivery and team supervision.
I design and run backup strategies with Veeam, Robocopy, and scripted rsync workflows so business systems can be restored when something fails, not just copied and left hoping for the best.
I build and run Docker images and containers that package applications and jobs cleanly, so day-to-day business processes run in consistent, repeatable environments.
I design, tune, and administer databases across PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite, and MongoDB, including schema, access control, backups, performance, and everyday operations.
Hands-on IT support for local and international organisations, either remotely or on site, to keep systems available, secure, and usable for the people who depend on them.
I design and set up continuous integration and deployment pipelines so builds, tests, and releases are automated and easier to trace, with less reliance on manual steps.

I review an organisation’s IT landscape (applications, infrastructure, backups, security, and processes) to find risks, gaps, and practical improvements before small issues become outages.
Multi-campus school platform covering registration, role-based access, parent and student accounts, organisation settings, and notifications. Built for real school workflows, not demos alone.
Web app and SQLite ledger for tracking cash in UGX (inflows, outflows, transfer fees, and balance corrections), with role-based access for editors and viewers. Used in day-to-day operations.
Designed and built ToughBlue’s internal communications platform for official decisions and notices, including acknowledgments, notifications, audit logging, visibility controls, and Docker-based deployment with CI/CD.
Built a family lineage database and web app to record people, relationships, clans, and family events, with roles for admin, managers, and family viewers.
Marketing site for ToughBlue Uganda Ltd., the Kampala delivery arm of ToughBlue GmbH. It presents consulting, software solutions, and support services, and was built with Next.js.
Fleet concepts integrating Omnicomm-style telemetry: real-time tracking, alerts, offline resilience, and analytics, from proposal through technical architecture.

Practical tools from my personal workspace, mostly around games I enjoy and workflows I want faster.
Flask and SQLite app that turns account caps into exact troop lists for events (Swarm, Olympus, Dark Omens, and more), with stacking logic, portraits, and a guide for new players.
Helps clan officers see who to support: member roster, weekly targets, bulk logging, leaderboard, and optional browser sync from in-game rankings. Not a bot. Members self-report or officers log counts.
Browser helper that watches map traffic during mercenary exchanges and lists coordinates so you can jump and buy manually. No password storage and no auto-purchase.
Extension to scan the kingdom map for unshielded cities under a configurable power threshold. A focused tooling exercise on map data and UX for power users.
